Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ValueUp Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the website homeownerleads.ai (the "Site") and provides lead-generation and marketing services (the "Services"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you. By using the Site or Services, or by providing us your information, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you submit a form, book a call, or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (including mobile number), your service area or industry, information about your business, and any details you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with our content, using cookies and similar technologies described below.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from advertising and analytics partners (such as Google and Meta), our software providers, and other sources that help us operate and measure the Site and Services.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries, schedule and conduct calls, and provide the Services;
  • Send you appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and service-related communications;
  • Send you marketing and promotional communications where permitted (you can opt out at any time);
  • Operate, maintain, measure, and improve the Site, Services, and our advertising;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. SMS / Text Messaging & A2P Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to us — for example, through a form, a booking, or another written request — you consent to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from us at that number. Message types may include appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-ups, customer care, account or service notifications, and marketing or promotional messages.

Your mobile opt-in and consent are never shared for marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging platform providers, is permitted solely to help us deliver the messages you have opted into. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Agreeing to receive text messages is not required to buy any goods or services from us.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further text messages unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising (including through partners such as Google and Meta). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site functions.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: vendors who help us operate the Site and Services (for example, hosting, CRM and messaging platforms, scheduling, analytics, and advertising measurement), bound by confidentiality and permitted to use the information only to provide services to us;
  • Clients (where applicable): if you are a homeowner who requested a quote or service, your inquiry may be shared with the relevant service provider so they can contact you;
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and property; and
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

As stated above, mobile phone opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

  • Email marketing: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or contact us to opt out.
  • Text messages: reply STOP to opt out at any time.
  • California residents: you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
